Tim Booker
Tim is an experienced Director and advisor who primarily works with businesses facing internal or external pressure, helping them recover and transform through a strong focus on creating clarity, developing a clear and compelling vision for the future, and building capability in the business. He is involved with a number of businesses as a director, advisor or shareholder and has worked in a broad range of sectors. Tim was previously a leader in Deloitte’s Financial Advisory team with a focus on performance improvement and turnaround and has worked on some of the country’s largest turnarounds and restructures in recent years. Tim holds a Masters Business Administration and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Kerry Vincent
Kerry holds the following roles in the Sorell community; Councillor and current Mayor of the Sorell Council, Active Rotarian and past president of Rotary Club of Sorell, Member of the Business Council of Sorell, Chairman of South East Regional Development Association and Chairman of Bendigo Bank – Sorell. Kerry is also Chief owner of the Southern Tasmanian Regional Water Authority, Deputy Chair of the Copping Landfill Authority, Chair of the Swansea Barkmill Bakery and Tavern and is on the Taswater Board selection committee. Kerry has also been involved in many other projects and associations over the years and is an energetic contributor to local communities.

Charles Hughes
Charles is currently CFO at Huon Aquaculture. As CFO at Huon Aquaculture and previously Pure Foods Tasmania sees him supporting the growth of consumer led categories by supporting the operational teams and continuing to seek opportunities in acquisitions. Charles has previously worked in the Aquaculture industry in Tasmania for 14 years in commercial and planning, from operations to General Manager with Huon Aquaculture. He has also worked in corporate roles at Coca Cola Amatil, Wesfarmers, and James Hardie, where he assisted with corporate planning and business acquisitions. Charles is a Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA) and a Fellow of Financial Services Institute of Australia (FINSIA).
Chair of Clinical Governance
Dianne Hawkridge
Dianne brings a wealth of experience to the board, with her current role as the Director of Nursing for The Hobart Clinic and 24 years working in the mental health space, both in New Zealand and Australia. Dianne is a Registered Nurse with post graduate interests in Specialty Nursing Mental Health (Forensic), Alcohol and Drug Studies and models of care in Maternal Mental Health. Positions held over the past 14 years centre around the operational management of adult community support services, residential recovery, eating disorders, mental health, forensic rehabilitation, and youth respite. Dianne is keen to contribute to the collective wisdom of our Board with her experience to support change and optimise outcomes for all members of the community. Her innate sense of cultural identity and inclusion drive her to provide positive contributions for all peoples, with a strong interest in indigenous culture, both in her country of origin and locally in Tasmania.

Jackie Howard
Jackie is an experienced health and aged care professional, having worked in human services for over 35 years. She has extensive executive, non-executive director experience, and business and governance knowledge in health, disability and aged care services in Australia, Germany, and the UK. Jackie has worked in the aged care sector in South Australia and Tasmania for the last 12 years. She is a founding Director of the Aged & Community Care Providers Association (ACCPA) the national industry body and has strong professional networks across the sector. Jackie’s background is in nursing, she has an MBA and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Jackie also services on the board of Resthaven (South Australia). Jackie is driven by her sense of purpose to serve others and making a difference in the lives of our community.
Gary Richardson
Gary is a current resident of Richmond and Secretary of Clarence Council’s Richmond Advisory Committee. Gary worked extensively in Local Government, holding a variety of positions including Council Clerk of Richmond prior to a merge in 1993. Following the merge Gary worked at the City of Clarence in senior management roles until his retirement. Gary has specific interest and skills in governance, strategic planning, marketing, and communication. Gary is involved in a number of sporting organisations and has held various positions on Boards and Committees.
Mark Donnelly
Mark was appointed to the Board in September 2023. Mark is a former member of CPA Australia and CHARI member of the Australian Human Resources Institute. Mark has been a successful senior manager in the community sector with Finance, Human Resources, and broad administrative experience. Mark is and has been Treasurer on various Boards and Management committees.

Justine Barwick
Justine has worked in the Community Sector for most of her career. Holding qualifications in business, governance, administration, leadership, and management Justine is an industry professional. Justine is committed to ensuring that quality systems are in place to support the delivery of quality care. She is passionate about working together with dedicated staff to support them to deliver excellent care in the community. Client satisfaction is a natural result when staff are happy and supported.

Grant Asher
Grant has significant senior leadership experience across finance and management functions in a diverse range of industries. Grant holds qualifications in accounting and law and is passionate about improving businesses and bringing about meaningful change.
Clinical Services Manager
Alison Oakes
Alison has worked in the Primary Health Sector for the past 20 years in a variety of roles including direct patient care, leadership and management, governance, change management and education. Alison hold qualifications in Nursing and Leadership. Her passion is supporting and developing individuals and teams to provide a high level of service and have business systems that support effective, efficient, and contemporary health care.

Alison Keleher
Alison has significant senior management experience across a diverse range of settings, including mental health, aged care, and home care sectors. Alison holds qualifications in business management and nursing and is member of the Australian College of Nursing and Australian Institute of Company Directors. Alison’s key strengths are quality and risk management, project management, policy, and process review, and ensuring that the client is the centre of all that we do.
