Our office will close at 12 noon on Friday 24 December 2021 and reopen on Tuesday 4 January 2022. Care staff and nursing staff will continue to deliver care and services as usual on the non-public holidays between Christmas and New Year.
COVID update
We are happy to confirm that 100% of South Eastern Community Care’s Staff have received at least one dose of the COVID vaccine, keeping our staff, clients and community safe. Our staff are wearing masks when they visit homes in the community. We encourage telephone payments and BPAY to reduce interactions at our office.

The Australian Government is making it possible for older Australians and in-home and community aged care workers to get vaccinated quickly and safely. The vaccination of all older Australians and those who care for them is the most effective protection against COVID-19.
